remembering

My grandmother passed away on Saturday.  She was 93 years old and was a huge part of our lives.  We're in the process of finalizing her funeral plans. It's a hard thing to lose someone you loved so much, but it's reassuring to know that she's whole and free and with her Savior. I know that just as God was faithful to walk her home, He'll be faithful to walk us through this time as well.

I'm so sorry. :( What a blessing, though, to have been close to your grandmother for so long and to know for sure that she's gone somewhere infinitely better./

Belated condolences to you and your family, Lisa. My granny died nearly 30 years ago now and I still think of her all the time, and derive comfort from the knowledge of her love.

Your grandmother looks like a very soulful and deep person. I hope you've all felt God's comfort these past few days.
