snow busy....

Today is a snow day and I'm so thankful for that as our calendar has kept us hopping lately...
In between basketball games and basketball practices we've been:
{doing laundry (of course...that never stops)}

{stitching some wintery goodness}

{turning nine!}

{meeting new (tall) friends}

{playing (but obviously not cleaning up)}

{knitting warmth (a new sweater for me!)}

{traveling to new places}

{investigating (thanks to a special session with our botanist friend)}

{making lists and storing away treasures}
I hope that no matter what your calendar looks like that you're able to enjoy the moments in your days. (and since a snow day always helps.... I hope one comes your way soon!)

Snow days are the BEST! I love hunkering down with a fire in the fireplace, a good book on hand, some crocheting (of course) and all my kids close by. Nothing is better.

Your sweater looks lovely. You're keeping yourself very busy these days.

You have been very busy. I love the snowman cross stitch, I haven't done a stitched piece in years, maybe it's time to have a go at it again.

snow days are nice, although we've been having a bit too many around here. I never thought I'd say no more snow, but we've got a bad case of cabin fever here.

Looks like you and your family are filling your days nicely :)

Hi Lisa, You and your family always have such neat things going on. Looks like this month is no exception. We are watching our three little guys for a 3 day weekend. I will be escorting to school and preschool and lots of different things. Say a prayer! :)

Love your new snowman and sweater project!

Miss you Lisa. Hope we can get together at least once this year. I love your projects. I ran into my old knitting group last night at Starbucks and it was good to see the projects other people are working on. I'm still working on a baby blanket whenever I can get a few stitches in.

Much love,

Mary

We have had a ridiculous amount of snow here this year. It is crazy. I am trying to stay indoors and keep warm. All the shoveling is not for me.
